Guangtong Academy Organizes a Departmental Book-Reading Sharing Session
To enrich the learning activities at Guangtong Academy and further promote the organization-wide reading initiative, On the afternoon of September 9, the Guangtong Study Group convened a sharing and exchange session in the third-floor study room of the Group’s headquarters, bringing together the heads of four departments to discuss the group’s earlier reading and learning activities. Feng Guodong, Li Guangxue, Fang Dewen, Huang Haiye, Li Zhihai, Li Haihui, and Wang Longfei took part in the session.
At the sharing session, Guan Ruiying, Li Rentang, Guo Zhaoyi, and Xu Fuwei each drew on their personal reading experiences to discuss the transformations and improvements they had achieved. Participants shared their insights and reflections from multiple aspects of work, study, and daily life. There was a general consensus that increasing interest in reading has brought about profound spiritual awakening, prompting individuals to re-examine themselves and their past, thereby generating positive energy and boosting their enthusiasm for work. At the same time, they have engaged in continuous self-reflection on their shortcomings at work, identified gaps, adopted a more upright attitude, learned how to interact with colleagues and lead teams, and enhanced the overall combat effectiveness of their teams. Moving forward, it is imperative to place even greater emphasis on departmental reading initiatives, working and learning together with employees, advancing and growing side by side.
General Manager Feng emphasized and set forth requirements for the next phase of learning activities. First, one must engage in lifelong learning. The Group will make reading a long-term, ongoing initiative. Chinese culture is profound and multifaceted, with ample material to be incorporated into the company-wide reading program; cadres must take the lead in learning and commit to lifelong learning. Second, we must diversify the formats. All departments should focus on cultivating key learning leaders, adopt diverse approaches to enliven the atmosphere and sustain enthusiasm, and regularly organize sharing sessions to foster mutual influence and encouragement. Third, we must “Strive to achieve both material and spiritual well-being for all employees,” We must not only perform our duties diligently and deliver outstanding results, thereby contributing to the stable improvement of employees’ material well-being, but also cultivate a corporate culture that champions goodness, excellence, and upward mobility, so that everyone can grow and thrive happily within a harmonious and fulfilling organizational family.
