Looking back on 2025, we have worked tirelessly and overcome numerous challenges, leaving a solid mark on our journey of deepening our commitment to the sericulture industry. Throughout the year, we harnessed technological innovation as the driving force behind our progress: our intelligent sex-determination machine for silkworm pupae has continued to lead the industry, while fully mechanized production has steadily propelled annual silkworm egg output to a new milestone of 2 million sheets. Our groundbreaking innovation—replacing mulberry leaves with feed—has broken free from seasonal constraints, injecting powerful new momentum into this traditional industry and accelerating its transformation onto a fast-track of high-speed development. During the year, we also deepened collaborative innovation across the industry and strengthened the integration of industry, academia, and research, partnering with the Guizhou Provincial Sericultural Research Institute to co-build initiatives and collaborating with Southwest University and several other expert teams through university–enterprise partnerships, thereby fostering close coupling between the industrial chain and the innovation chain. Meanwhile, “Guangtong” brand high-quality silkworm eggs have captured more than 80% of China’s export market share, enabling Chinese silkworm eggs to stride confidently onto the global stage.

This past year, guided by the principle of “upholding core values while fostering innovation, simultaneously dismantling the old and establishing the new, and prioritizing establishment before dismantlement,” we have built a business partnership platform that has firmly embedded the management philosophy of “clear rights and responsibilities, shared benefits, and shared risks” across the organization. In 2025, every achievement we have attained is the result of the hard work and relentless dedication of every Guangtong employee, as well as the unwavering trust and support of all sectors of society.
