Spring is gentle, like a clear spring, washing away the endless gloss of time and allowing it to settle and accumulate. Recently, influenced by a cold wave, the weather across the province has experienced some fluctuations, with many people swapping their shirts for cotton-padded coats. Yet this has in no way dampened the enthusiasm of the Guangtong team; in fact, Guangtong’s spring scenery is truly unparalleled.

On the afternoon of March 11, in accordance with the export silkworm egg shipment plan, more than 1,500 cartons of silkworm eggs were dispatched from the Group Headquarters’ Dispatch and Service Center, marking the beginning of a transnational journey for these small yet ambitious eggs—symbols of Guangtong’s vision for international growth. By 4:00 p.m., as scheduled, over 30 staff members had gathered in front of the cold storage facility at the Dispatch Center, representing all age groups and both genders, creating a bustling scene of eager anticipation and readiness to get to work. With the arrival of the transport vehicles, under the overall command of Huang Haiye and Chang Wenyong, everyone quickly took their assigned positions, coordinated seamlessly, and carried out the outbound inspection, loading, and palletizing processes smoothly and efficiently. The operation proceeded in perfect order, flowing as naturally as water, and within less than two hours the task of loading the more than 1,500 cartons of silkworm eggs was completed. Gazing at the neatly arranged consignment ready for dispatch, everyone wore expressions of happiness and satisfaction.

During the sorting and shipment of this batch of silkworm eggs for export, Guangtong employees—men and women, young and old—all pitched in. The younger staff stepped up with a sense of responsibility, boldly taking on new tasks, while the more experienced colleagues provided guidance and set examples through hands-on demonstration. Although the workload was heavy, the atmosphere was warm and harmonious. Everyone worked together in unison, undaunted by hardship or fatigue, willingly putting in extra hours and following instructions with unified action. This once again showcased the positive spirit of Guangtong employees: their courage to take on tough challenges, their ability to deliver results, and their relentless drive to move forward. Just as in building the new Guangtong enterprise, as long as we all think and strive in the same direction, success is sure to follow.
