Sichuan Gongxian Zhiyi Cocoon Silk Co., Ltd. Conducts Exchange and Inspection Visit to Guangtong

On the morning of December 12, a delegation of 16 members led by Mr. Zhang Sihua, General Manager of Gongxian Zhiyi Cocoon & Silk Co., Ltd., visited Guangtong for an inspection and exchange. They were accompanied by relevant leaders from the Group, including Lian Haigang, Fang Dewen, and Yan Gengdong. The delegation first toured the mechanized seed-production workshop at Guangtong Group’s headquarters production base, followed by a visit to the Group’s headquarters campus and a symposium. As the largest user of Guangtong’s male silkworm eggs, Sichuan Gongxian Yizhi Silk Company has established a strong cooperative relationship with Guangtong. During the meeting, the two sides discussed the challenges encountered in the 2023 silkworm egg-rearing process and the 2024 silkworm egg-supply plan, with particular focus on the 2024 supply of male silkworm eggs and the expansion of new varieties. Consensus was reached on conducting production trials and on next steps to strengthen cooperation in the silkworm seed business.
