In his report, Liu Changgui reviewed the development of the Shandong silk industry over the past five years, outlined its future direction, and proposed harnessing new-quality productive forces to strengthen the construction of the Shandong silk industry system, thereby ushering in a new chapter in the revitalization of Shandong’s silk sector.
